Sara Baygum's settlement regarding her share of inheritance, 1914
Sara Baygum has transferred her share of inheritance, including properties, gardens, and water to her four brothers and has received the reimbursement. It is noted that a certain part of the property belongs to Nanah Khanum and Tuti Khanum and is not included in this settlement.

Twelve sha‘irs [measure of land] of the Bayg Balaghi farm in Armaghan Khvanah village was part of Zubaydah Khanum's mahr from her second husband, the late Sulayman Khan, and nine sha‘irs of Kaljin village was part of her daughter Rubabah Khanum's mahr from Aman Allah Khan. Power of attorney given to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan, by Aqa Muhammad Mulazim and Rubab Sultan (permanent wife of the late Mashhadi Muhammad Bunakdar [the wholesaler]), children of Haji Muhammad Isma‘il Dink Abi in order to get back their shares of a stable (known as Makki Stable) and the orchard in front of it, which are currently taken over by the inheritors of the late Haji Muhammad (known as Ahani). Settlement between Dust Muhammad Khan Muʻayyir al-Mamalik and his children, 1907
Dust Muhammad Khan Muʻayyir al-Mamalik divides his and his wife (Fatimah Khanum ʻIsmat al-Dawlah [daughter of Nasir al-Din Shah])'s property among their children after his wife's death. He transfers the ownership of the Mihrabad village in Tehran, which was part of ʻIsmat al-Dawlah's dowry, as well as the trees and buildings in this property, and some other properties in Tehran to his son, Dust ʻAli Khan Iʻtisam al-Saltanah. Settlement among children of Buyuk Khan Mirpanjah Afshar, 1923
Settlement of some properties between ‘Abd al-‘Ali Khan Amir Mukarram, the son of Buyuk Khan Mirpanjah Afshar from Sa’in Qal‘ah, and his brothers, Ibrahim Khan and Mahdi Khan. This followed another settlement between his sisters, Kafiyah, Kawkab, and Jamilah and their three brothers. The settlement included the properties they inherited from their father, with the following exceptions: their father's debt to Akbar Khan Salar Mukarram, the property in Takht-i Sulayman, and his cash belongings--these properties were exchanged for some other properties as well as five thousand tumans.

Settlement regarding a house and garden from the properties of Amin al-Mamalik in the Surkhab neighborhood, including the andaruni, biruni, and deserted land that was jointly owned by his inheritors (whose shares have been recorded) and had not been divided.
